### Terms of Service Link-do

Link-do, provides its users with URL shortening services, personalized links, link management, biography links, QR codes, and analytical products and services (collected in the "Link-do Services"). Please read these Terms of Service (“Agreement”) carefully because they govern your access to and use of the Link-do Services and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Link-do. By accepting this Agreement or using the Link-do Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that company or other legal entity to the Agreement and in such case "you", "you" or "Customer" refers to and applies to this company or other legal entity. If you access and use the Link-do Services by and on behalf of the primary account holder, either directly or through an administrator, you also agree to be bound by this Agreement. In addition to this Agreement, your use of the Link-do Services is governed by the Link-do Privacy Policy, the Link-do Acceptable Use Policy and the Link-do Copyright Policy.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT, BY CREATING A Link-do ACCOUNT ("ACCOUNT"), PURCHASING A PAID ACCOUNT, OR USING THE Link-do SERVICES AND APPLICATION PROGRAM INTERFACES ("API"), YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE CONTENTS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THE LINK-DO ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO ACCESS OR USE THE LINK-DO SERVICES.
THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS PROVISIONS RELATING TO INVESTIGATION PROCEEDINGS AND CLASS CLASS WAIVER AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 12.1 BELOW. YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES BETWEEN US WILL BE RESOLVED THROUGH A BINDING, INDIVIDUAL TRIAL PROCEEDING, AND YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE AS A DEFENDANT OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY ALLEGED ACTION COLLARIAL OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDINGS.
### 1. SCOPE AND MODIFICATIONS
1.1 Modifications. Link-do reserves the right to unilaterally modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If we make any modifications to this Agreement, we will post the modification on our site and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of the Terms of Use or notify you of the modification on the Link-do Platform. Any change to this Agreement will be effective as of the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. By continuing to use the Link-do Services after the "Last Updated" date, you agree to be bound by the revised Agreement. You agree that it is your responsibility to regularly check for changes to this Agreement and that your use of the Link-do Services following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes. If the amended Agreement is not acceptable to you, your sole remedy is to discontinue using the Link-do Services.
1.2 Changes to the Services. Link-do may add, remove, suspend, discontinue, modify or update the Link-do Services at any time in its sole discretion. After the effective date of any such change, Link-do will have no obligation whatsoever to operate, provide or support legacy versions of the affected Link-do Services.
1.3 Customer Service. Link-do provides a help center for all users. More details about additional support services can be found in the help center which can be accessed through the platform.
### 2. PAID ACCOUNTS
2.1 Fees. Link-do offers paid Link-do Services
, which provide additional functions and functionalities. If you sign up for a paid account, you agree to pay Link-do all applicable fees for your selected Link-do service in accordance with your selection. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise expressly permitted in this Agreement.
2.2 Subscription Period. The scheduled fee for a paid account will be charged at the rate stated at the time of initial purchase on a recurring basis corresponding to the term of your subscription until you cancel. Fees are subject to change and Link-do will notify you of any price change before the next recurring fee is processed. You may cancel your paid account subscription at any time, however, unless required by law, you will not be entitled to a refund or credit for early termination or non-use of the Link-do Services. Link-do reserves the right to update, change, modify or terminate your subscription benefits at any time in its sole discretion.
2.3 Payment. You will pay Link-do according to the selected payment period. If it isn't
